• Maintain one account per person
• Not engage in fraudulent activities

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate profile information

4. Survey Participation

You agree to:

• Provide honest and thoughtful responses
• Complete surveys in good faith
• Not use automated tools or bots
• Not share or sell survey access

5. Rewards and Payments

Points are earned by completing surveys and can be redeemed for rewards. We reserve the right to:

• Modify reward amounts and redemption options
• Delay or deny payouts for suspected fraud
• Set minimum redemption thresholds
• Expire points after a period of inactivity

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts
• Use VPNs or proxies to mask your location
• Provide false information
• Attempt to manipulate the platform
• Reverse engineer or copy our services

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion. Terminated accounts forfeit all unredeemed points.

8. Limitation of Liability

PollUncle Panel is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
